2023 COGR F&A Institutional Survey

Overview


Thank you for completing the F&A Survey. We expect it should take between one and two hours to gather information to complete this survey. We recommend you have a copy of your most recently submitted F&A Cost Rate Proposal and your Negotiated Rate Agreement available to assist.

Completed surveys should be submitted by March 31, 2023. Institutional cost rate tables will be made available to the COGR membership only. Higher level summary reports and analyses, with de-identified data, may be made available beyond the COGR membership. However, any data where institutions are identified WILL NOT be made publicly available.

You may save and continue this survey after the first page by clicking the link in the upper right corner (after the first page of questions) and entering your email address.  You will receive an email from Alchemer with a unique link to come back to your survey later.

In addition, at the end of the survey, you’ll have an opportunity to review your responses and download a copy of your survey results.  If you need to move to the last page, use the "back" button located at the bottom of each page.  Do not use your browser's back button, you will lose your data!


Please coordinate internally and submit only one response per institution.

**Note:  If using the Word document of the survey to collaborate with other individuals on campus, please note this survey has embedded logic, meaning the numbering for each question may change depending on how you answered previous questions.  The Word document includes ID numbers for each question, and that ID does not change.  If sharing the Word document with others, it may be helpful to refer to the ID number to avoid confusion.
