Thank you for your interest in participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)!
To be considered as a sponsor in the SFSP, a program or agency must meet certain eligibility requirements. The information collected in this form will be used to determine if the agency is eligible to participate. Once submitted, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Office for Food and Nutrition Program (DESE FNP) will review the information and contact your program with next steps.
Agencies can submit their interest forms starting January 31st. DESE FNP will start to contact programs in April to start the application and onboarding process. Interest forms will collected through June 6th.
