The primary purpose of this survey is to allow HVO to accurately record and recognize all the e-learning activities provided by our volunteers in 2022. We characterize e-learning activities as those that promote knowledge exchange and information/skills acquisition, often with the help of technology to connect people in a virtual setting. E-learning can take many forms, such as remote teaching and mentoring, research support, curricula development, case consultation, etc.
Please note:
1. Information entered in this survey should only reflect e-learning activities and hours completed from January 1-December 31, 2022.
2. If you volunteered virtually for more than one HVO project, please complete a separate survey for each project.
3. If you participated in multiple e-learning activities at the same site, you only need to complete one survey for all activities.
