This survey is designed to help organizations understand the impact and effectiveness of their DEIB efforts. These questions will give you a realistic picture of where you're doing well, identify often-overlooked areas you could strengthen in your DEIB efforts, and spark ideas for next steps.
The goal of the survey is promoting honesty and growth; not judgement. To that effect, your individual responses will remain confidential and data will be anonymized. You may choose to provide your contact information at the end of the survey if you'd like free DEIB resources, but it is not required.
We encourage you to have as many employees within your organization as you are comfortable with take the survey so you can measure not just your efforts, but how well you're communicating them to every role within your company.
