It is extremely important to give serious thought to ensure that your proposed engagement with us should not present a conflict for you. We have different scenarios where we may face conflict of interest.

It is highly recommended not to accept the project if you have a conflict with the subject matter of the request or the client making the request.

Important aspects to be checked –

Information you are sharing is not conflicting with the non-disclosure agreement you have signed with your current employer and SGA.
Former employer and in turn your employment agreement prohibits you to share any of the information requested to you, even following termination of employment.
You are a stakeholder in a competitor of the Client
Your employer is a direct competitor of the Client

Upon your acceptance of any consultation request, you are acknowledging that you are not
conflicted from consulting on the topic of the request, or with the SGA Client who submitted the request.
