ORCA LIFT $1 Fare Pilot

The ORCA LIFT card provides low-income riders with discounted transit fares on Sound Transit and most other ORCA transit agencies. Riders with ORCA LIFT cards can save up to 50% on their fares.

This fall, Sound Transit reduced the ORCA LIFT fare from $1.50 to $1 for all Link, Sounder, and ST Express services as part of a 6-month pilot project. After the pilot project ends, the Sound Transit Board will decide whether to make the $1 fare permanent. Your opinion will inform the Sound Transit Board’s decision on the $1 fare.
