The Tower Climbers Union/CWA fights for safety first and always. We need all tower hands to be heard on this issue, so please take 5 minutes to fill out this survey and share it with your fellow tower climbers so they can fill it out today. The more folks that complete the survey, the better our data is. We want to identify our top safety concerns and advocate for change!  Your personal info will be kept private.

Carriers: As the client purchasing the services of tower climbers to install, repair, or remove their equipment, the carriers (i.e., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish) prescribe many rules and conditions that can impact the safety of your work.

Government-owned sites and towers: Municipal, State and Federal government entities own large tracts of land that are leased to tower companies to construct and manage towers that generate revenue for the government body. Sometimes the government entity also owns the tower and contracts directly with tower contractors directly.
