Thank you for your interest in the Move Better Play Better Campaign. The Sports Medicine Institute at HSS is searching for high schools throughout the United States with at least one physical education teacher to join the campaign for the 2022-2023 school year. Schools selected to participate with receive free educational workshops for physical education teachers (with on-site or virtual follow-up visits with HSS staff), movement screenings for all 9th-grade students, and access to our new movement control training mobile app.
To apply, physical educators are asked to complete this application after receiving approval from their school administrator. The information provided will be used to help guide the selection process. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through December 31, 2022.
