OBVI Vendor Application

The State of Wisconsin's Office for the Blind and Visually Impaired (OBVI) intends to create a list of qualified vendors that offer goods or services for people who are blind, visually impaired, or Deaf-Blind. Vendors will be selected based on the below criteria and accompanying information.

The information gathered will be used to determine which vendors will be selected based on the needs at the time of this assessment. Multiple vendors may be selected for potential use over the following 12 months, no guarantees are made at this time to any vendor.
