Worthington Resident Survey by the Planning Board

Share your vision for Worthington!

This survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and is in response to a request made at Town Meeting in May 2021.  At that meeting, the Planning Board was tasked with finding out how town residents see Worthington in the future, especially with regards to land-use and affordable housing.  Should we change or should we keep things the same and to what degree?

The survey responses will be kept anonymous, but having information about address, age, etc, is useful to give us a sense of whether the entire town is represented.  We will use the responses to create a report for annual town meeting in May 2023 and to help guide our planning efforts.

We are grateful for any time you can give.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to Bart Niswonger, Chair, Planning Board, at planning@worthington-ma.us.
