ODBC Setup

 

A 64-bit ODBC Driver is required to connect your data source. Please make sure this driver is installed prior to your appointment with our ODBC Specialist

If the driver is not installed and accessible, we will not be able to complete the marketplace configuration.

ShipStation only supports downloading orders by Last Modified Date. ShipStation checks a column in your database to see when the last time an order was modified. All orders that have been modified since the last time they were imported will be imported/re-imported as appropriate.

This method requires a column in your ODBC database that specifies when an order was last modified. You can specify this in the field mapping below.
Below is a list of all possible fields for import into ShipStation. Enter the table name and field name, from your ODBC database, for each field you wish to populate in ShipStation.
