This survey is conducted as part of the Experience Trend Report 2023 in cooperation with the World Usability Congress (
worldusabilitycongress.com). It is one of the biggest surveys of its kind, focusing on diverse Experience topics. We aim to identify trends and opinions in the community as well as document tendencies for the years to come.
This survey targets experts, designers, engineers, managers, evangelists and all other professionals working in the field of User, Customer Experience, Usability, Human Centered Design or other related fields.
