2023 Governor's Holiday Tree Ornaments Project

Please complete this survey and submit by it by noon on Friday, October 13, 2023.

Educators will be notified via email by October 17th if their class is selected to participate in the project this year.  Please note that selected teachers will be required to submit a class list (to generate certificates from the Governor’s Office) and provide signed release forms for each participating student.
