North Carolina immunization law (G.S. 130A-155.1(c)) requires all public, private and religious colleges and universities to submit an immunization report annually to the Department of Health and Human Services. The purpose of this report is to ensure that all students in attendance are protected against vaccine-preventable diseases and to determine the number of students who meet state immunization requirements. It is the responsibility of the college or university registrar to ensure that accurate and complete data is submitted by the legislatively mandated date.This report is due by midnight of December 1, 2022.
