The purpose of this form is for an individual to file a complaint to PRI Qualification. A complaint shall not result in any discriminatory actions against the individual. To appeal examination results, complete the PRI Qualification Appeals Form.
Upon submission of this form, the PRI Qualification Coordinator will distribute the request accordingly. Questions can be directed to PRIQualification@p-r-i.org. PRI will review the complaint and notify you via email the outcome of the investigation.
