The purpose of this form is for a Candidate to file an appeal against the Certifying Agency if they believe that they were wrongly denied Certificate Holder status. A request for an appeal shall not result in any discriminatory actions against the Candidate.
Per the PD 6200 Industry Managed Special Process Examination System procedure, Candidates may submit an appeal within ten (10) calendar days after receiving their results. The appeal process may take up to ninety (90) days from date of submittal to the PRI Qualification Review Board. Upon submission of this form, the PRI Qualification Coordinator will distribute the request accordingly. Questions can be directed to PRIQualification@p-r-i.org.
Appeals Process

Option A: Appeal Granted
PRI Qualification Review Board has determined that the Candidate meets all criteria to receive approved status. PRI Qualification Coordinator will notify the Candidate of the appeal’s outcome in writing.
Option B: Appeal Denied
PRI Qualification Review Board has determined that the Candidate does not meet all criteria to receive approved status. PRI Qualification Coordinator will notify the Candidate of the appeal’s outcome in writing.
