1. Thank you for your interest in this in-person focus group regarding Social Issues in your community.  We are a research company doing a study. Please fill out the 5-7 minute survey. We'll contact you if you pre-qualify for the in-person focus group.  *This question is required.

4. Will you be comfortable sitting in a room with 10 other people (who are also vaccinated and might not being wearing a mask) without masks for 2 hours?  *This question is required.
