Each year, the General Fraternity excitedly welcomes new and returning chapters through a chartering and recognition process. This form is intended to collect the required information necessary for the Administrative Office staff, Board of Trustees, and General Convention to assess a chapter's health, operations, and achievements. Please review
this page of introductory information carefully before moving on to the next page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Petition forms must be received by December 1 for consideration at the next General Convention. For consideration at the 185th General Convention in Oxford, Ohio, petitions must be received by Friday, December 1, 2023.
