Jack Cooper I-9 Documentation Upload v.2

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires the completion of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification to establish that an employee is eligible to work in the United States. Both employees and employers (or authorized representatives of the employer) must complete the form.

As part of the Form I-9. employees must provide documentation to their employers to show their identity and authorization to work. We have set up this form for you to easily upload the proper documentation needed to complete your I-9. 

Please note, this form is ONLY for the uploading of documents. You will still need to complete your Form I-9 as part of your onboarding process through MyADP no later than your first day of employment.
