Montana Internet Access Community Leader Survey

Introduction

Internet access is a crucial resource for Montanans and is important for work, school, and personal life. This survey, sponsored by ConnectMT, is designed to gather input from community groups such as libraries, public health organizations, religious organizations, chambers of commerce, internet service providers, and many others to help close the digital divide in Montana. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. Please only complete this survey once.

If you are an individual and not taking this survey on behalf of a community group, please do NOT use this survey. Please respond to the household survey for individuals instead.

Completion of the survey indicates your willingness to participate in this project and that you are representing a community group located in Montana. If you have any additional questions about your rights as a research participant, you may email ConnectMT@mt.gov.
