2022 - Application for Affiliated Exhibitor Events

BUSINESS MEETING ROOM

Meeting Rooms in the Gaylord Convention Center, are for staff business meetings and may be reserved starting on Wednesday, November 30 through Sunday, December 4 and located on the 2nd Floor.

Meeting Room Fee: $1,500 for 4 hours/half day or $3,000 for 8 hours/full day. Room assignments will not be granted by the hotel without permission from AAGL. Catering, audiovisual and room set-up are to be arranged at the expense of the company.
  • Half Day:
    • 8:00 am - 12 noon or
    • 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Full Day:
    • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Private product demonstrations are not permitted during dedicated Exhibit Hall hours or while Congress is in Session.
Cancellation: Notification by Wednesday, October 26, 2022: Refund of 50% of the total amount. After October 26, 2022, no refund.
PRODUCT THEATERS - Breakfast & Lunch

AAGL is excited to share a new opportunity for our industry partners to do a 45 minute presentation of your product and message in one of our 75 seat theaters, conveniently located in the Exhibit Hall during the delegate breakfast and lunch services. Two Product Theaters will be held twice a day on Friday and Saturday, a total of four per day. Wireless headphones will be offered for added focus.

Product Theater Fee: $10,000 for a 45 minute presentation, includes wireless headphones and two additional Lead Retrievals devices. Breakfast and lunch will be provided and additional catering options may be added (optional). Audio/visual and theater seating setup will be provided and may not be altered. Any recordings will be available no later than December 30, 2022.

EVENING SYMPOSIA

Engage your attendees with a more intimate hour and a half Evening Symposia in one of the three Ballrooms. Evening Symposia provides each participating company an opportunity to demonstrate their full scope of products and philosophy. Three unopposed opportunities are available on Friday, December 2 and Saturday, December 3, a total of six during the course of the Congress. 

Evening Symposia Fees: $30,000 for an hour and half of unopposed time, to 250 attendees. Ballrooms will be assigned based on order of receipt. Audio/visual and four additional Lead Retrieval devices are included. Catering and any changes to the AV requirements or room setup are to be arranged at the expense of the company. Recordings will be available no later than December 30, 2022.

    6:15 pm - 7:45 pm
