Funding Availability
- The Special NOFO allows the Chicago CoC to apply for up to $60 million over 3 years. The amount of funding available for new PSH projects from the Special NOFO will be determined by the CoC Board at the August 17 Board meeting.
- The FY2022 NOFO typically allows the Chicago CoC to apply for CoC Bonus funding. In FY2022, Chicago is eligible to apply for up to $4.2 million in CoC Bonus projects. The amount of Bonus funding allocated to new projects will be recommended by the CoC’s New Projects Committee and determined by the CoC Board at a yet-to-be scheduled meeting in September.
If your agency is applying for new or expansion funding for multiple projects, please submit a separate survey for each project.
