Virtual Conference Presentation

APRIL 2022 Virtual Conference Workshops

Thank you for being flexible and being willing to present virtually.  We are excited to still be able to share your material and information with the conference attendees. 

To help us better support you in this transition to a virtual presentation we have a few questions for you to answer to ensure we can provide the best presentation.

7. Do we have bios on all presenters?  *This question is required.
8. Do you require someone to advance slides for you? *This question is required.
If you select "Yes" to the previous question and you want someone else to advance slides for you, please be prepared to cue the next slide by using "Slide #___" 
If you answered "No" to the previous question that you want to advance your own slides, please be prepared to state "Slide #_" so that all participants may follow you (especially those that might be following with a paper print out at home).

11. We will offer a question and answer time during your presentation.  The moderator will facilitate all Q&A times by reading out the questions dropped in the Q&A box or captured those that have been shared in the chat.

Please note sessions begin at 9 am pacific time (12:00 PM Eastern Time) and the latest slot ends by 2:00 PM Pacific time (5:00 PM Eastern). If you have other requests or specifications on times and days please list in the other comment box.
