Train-the-Trainer Level 2 Request Form

Overview: Train the Trainer Level 2 (TtT2) builds on Level 1 by giving experienced trainers the skills to be able to define, design and develop an effective and engaging training course and accompanying courseware and assessments which incorporate established adult learning principles.

Center staff will travel to your agency to provide the training for a class of up to 10 participants. A virtual or hybrid program is also possible. If you have a smaller group, the TWC can work with you on coordinating with other locations, state or regionally-based training, or other options. The cost can be split among collaborating locations.

During the course, participants learn how to:

Define course goals, learning objectives, and outcomes
Create assessments
Develop training materials
Create course evaluations
