The Life Insurance Appointment Setter is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Seeking candidate in either the Central or Eastern Time Zone. Virtual/Remote with occasional in-office meetings, if in State. Health/Vision and Dental offered. Holiday and PTO benefits included.
Salary: $16-17 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Hold initial consultations for those inquiring to learn more about our services and strategies.
- Assist clients with their introduction to indexed universal life and schedule them to meet with one of our IUL Specialists to custom design a success formula for their financial needs.
- Answer questions on social media inviting them to meet with an IUL Specialist.
- Call, email, and text responses to those who have made an inquiry, registered for an educational event or recently purchased a copy of the book, "The LASER Fund".
- Assist prospects in engaging with the company, with a level of clear direction and positivity.
- Maintain data integrity of CRM.
- Develop effective working relationships with Client Relations Team and Producers.
Requirements:
- Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM knowledge preferred
- Dedicated, professional home office space
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Ability to be resourceful & proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- High school diploma
