Early Alert we work with universities, K-12 schools, and medical clinics/hospitals to prevent youth suicide. We are growing quickly, and are looking for an outbound sales ninja.
- Compensation is base + performance bonus.
- Typical compensation of $48,000-$72,000, depending on performance - but the sky is the limit!
- This is a full time position.
- This position is fully remote.
Performance Bonus
- Your job is to get qualified leads to book a demo meeting with our sales team.
- You will receive a performance bonus every time a qualified lead shows up for a demo meeting.
Typical Day
Here's what you might do on a typical day:
- Reach out to new prospects via LinkedIn, email, and/or phone.
- Nurture existing prospects by sharing relevant information with them (e.g., grant opportunities, relevant statistics from their field, interesting articles and/or posts).
- Answer questions from prospects via LinkedIn, email, and/or phone.
- Communicate with the CEO to suggest changes to sales materials, based on your experience with prospects.
- Above all: Drive qualified leads to book a demo meeting with our sales team.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Yes, everyone says this, but we actually mean it. We want you for your clear communication and the clear thinking that drives it. You will interact frequently with folks like deans of student affairs at medical schools, directors of counseling centers at universities, and assistant superintendents at public school districts. Excellent, professional communication skills, both written and spoken, are an absolute must.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Here's another one that everyone says, but we actually mean. We are a nimble, growing startup, and our team members must be able to keep up with changes as they happen. TECH SAVVY
We use a lot of technology. You will need to be familiar with many of the common tools (Google docs, Dropbox, social media) and comfortable learning new tools.
