Hello and thank you for taking part in the Te Kuiti Wellbeing survey.
As your MP I need to have a good understanding of the people I has been elected to represent. To build a greater understanding of the needs of the electorate, I have partnered with independent measurement experts Huber Social to gain a better understanding of what is important to the wellbeing of Te Kuiti people. To do this, we’re asking Te Kuiti residents to complete a short, anonymous survey. The survey will ask you to reflect on your overall wellbeing, as well as topics such as community connection, housing and nature. It should take about 15 minutes to complete, and we would be grateful to for your input.
Your privacy
In this survey, you will not be asked to provide your name, number or any other contact information; all survey results remain anonymous. All data remains de-identified to protect your privacy and no individual results will be shared. Huber Social and I will never disclose your personal information to other parties without your consent, except in response to legal requirements.
Your data will be stored securely in the Huber Social Wellbeing Database; in addition to this needs assessment, your data may be aggregated with larger datasets to develop broader insights into sector-wide wellbeing and needs.
