22-23 Equipment Loan Application

As a Fitness Warriors it is important to be able to meet your participants where they are. Thank you for thinking of the needs of the community and finding a way to make classes more fun and inclusive for all participants regardless of their fitness levels. This application is to secure equipment for your weekly Fitness Warrior class in the community.

Please note that the safety of our participants is very important to us so your request may be denied if we believe that you do not currently have the proper training to utilize the equipment requested.
