Te Mātāwai would like you to participate in a short survey to understand more about your experiences while learning te reo Māori. This should take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Te Mātāwai recognises the importance of feedback from whānau that have attended te reo Māori language activities. This feedback hopes to demonstrate the importance of supporting community-based te reo Māori language initiatives.

The pre-survey will help to determine your current position in your te reo Māori journey. The post-survey will determine how the activity you've attended has helped your te reo Māori journey. We are interested in everyone's feedback - even if you have just started on your journey!

Te Mātāwai will keep the data collected in anonymous form (i.e. without your personal information being shared) and stored securely. Te Mātāwai may share the results with Kaitono or Pae Motuhake. However, no personal information will be attributed to you, and or any other participant in this survey.

All participants have the right to withdraw from the survey, and to have any of their personal information / feedback provided in this survey destroyed. By completing and submitting this survey, you will have agreed to Te Mātāwai using your responses and data to inform future te reo Māori community initiatives.

The survey is available in two language options:
1. Te Reo Māori
2. Te Reo Māori (with English)
