Our Free Day of Dance Wellness will take place on Sunday, September 24th, 2023 at both HSS Midtown (NYC) & HSS Florida (West Palm Beach).

Participation is free. Register here for an injury prevention screening slot or call below. Appointments are available in both NYC & Florida. All dance levels welcome*
*If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must be present

Please note: The screening takes about 1-hour and we invite you to stay for the lectures on dancer wellness and community!
