Clubs Day Registration

Clubs Day will take place on September 10, 2025 from 10:00AM and 2:00PM.

1. TRUSU Club *This question is required. If you club name doesn't appear on this list then you haven't completed a registration or renewal form for the upcoming year and are not eligible to attend Clubs Day. Please contact our Clubs Coordinator Mohammed Tabrez for more info at m.tabrez@trusu.ca

2. We would like to received the Clubs Day Supplies Reimbursement *This question is required.This year the Students' Union will be offering to reimburse clubs for up to $100 in supplies for their table at Clubs Day if they attend the entire event. Your club table must be staffed by at least one club member between 10:00AM and 2:00PM in order to be eligible.

Please note. Clubs who fail to have at least one club member at their table between 10:00AM and 2:00PM will not be reimbursed for supplies.

2. How do you intend to spend the $100 for Clubs Day supplies? *This question is required. This will help us get a sense of what kinds of items clubs need/want at Clubs Day.
