Late Special Seasons Waterfowl Hunting Survey

We need your help! The Atlantic Flyway Council has asked states to measure participation in special waterfowl hunting days. This survey will only take two to three minutes of your time to complete. You are one of a small number of hunters selected to complete this survey and your responses are confidential. We will provide only summary results as public information.

To ensure results truly represent all opinions:

Please complete the survey if you hunted waterfowl this past season (2021-22)
The person to whom the survey is emailed to should complete the survey.

2. Did you hunt ducks in your state of residence during the 2021-2022 waterfowl season?

3. Are you 18 years old or older?

4. Are you a U.S. Veteran or active U.S. military service personnel? By federal definition this includes individuals with 1) a copy of honorable discharge certificate DD-214 or 2) an active military identification card.
