History Fest Subsidy Request

History Fest workshop mileage subsidy is meant to assist teachers with limited access to professional development funding. Please only apply for the mileage subsidy as needed for participation. Teachers may only apply for subsidies for one workshop in a school year. Subsidies are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

To qualify for a mileage subsidy, complete this form, including your estimated travel distance. Your trip must be more than 50 miles round trip, up to $75. The reimbursement is $0.625/mile.
