How to apply for the PhRMA Youth Scholarship

1. Create a new student profile (unless you already have an Augusoft profile)

2. From this list below select a first choice, and second choice of camp for your child. Please note the age restrictions for each class. Funding is extremely limited! We suggest that you write down your choices prior to filling out the scholarship application.
