WasteExpo23 - Booth Approval Form

Welcome to the WasteExpo 2023 Booth Approval Form 

Please only submit this form once. You must have an image of the entire booth layout, this can be a photograph, drawling or schematic. Submissions without an image will be considered incomplete and will be deleted. 

The deadline for submissions is March 22nd, 2023. 

If you have questions about the booth rules and regulations for the show, please review them in the Exhibitor Services Kit (ESK) or contact me at robert.eldridge.us@informa.com. Please include your booth number when emailing. Thank you!

8. Is your company utilizing an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)?  *This question is required.

11. Will there be any equipment, heavy machinery, vehicles or trailers in your booth space? If yes, how many? *This question is required.
15. Please upload a placement diagram of booth items including structures and equipment with heights of all items within booth space.   *This question is required.
16. Do you have a multi-level structure? If yes, structure MUST be pre-approved by fire marshal.
Upload Engineer stamped diagram if you have a multi-story booth only ie anything that has stairs.  *This question is required.
17. Do you have a hanging sign? 
Upload diagram of hanging sign placement. 
18. Will you be serving alcohol in your booth space? 
19. Does your booth contain any compressed gas containers?
