With the increased competition for limited curb space by more and more users, the Valencia Bikeway Project team will develop a complementary curb management plan to reallocate curb space to support the permanent Shared Spaces program while also providing loading, customer, and resident access along Valencia Street, and to help address double parking between 15th and 24th streets.
