The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is hosting a site visit and training featuring their opioid use disorder medication and peer recovery specialists programs. The site visit will be held on September 27-28, 2022 at the State Correctional Institution (SCI) Greene in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. RSAT grant administrators, RSAT program directors, or other corrections leadership should complete this form for a team of two attendees from your corrections department interested in attending.
RSAT-TTA will cover all travel, lodging and meals & incidental expenses for accepted applicants.
The RSAT-TTA team will follow-up with applicants to notify you if you are accepted or placed on a waitlist. Space for this site visit is limited.
NOTE: You will be asked to upload a copy of an ID/driver's license for each attendee. It will be helpful to have these before completing the application.
