Thank you for your interest in using Oakland's E-Bike Lending Program. This service is supported by Clean Mobility Options Voucher Pilot Program from the California Air Resources Board. By choosing a bike for transportation trips, you are helping your community reduce GHG emissions, and improve mobility equity and accessibility.

We need your help to understand the transportation and mobility benefits and challenges you face every day. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and you are free to skip any questions you do not feel comfortable answering. Your participation in this survey will not change your relationship with any party associated with the survey. All personally identifiable information will be confidential. Your responses will be anonymous and used to understand mobility trends and issues in your community.

Please complete the survey prior to using the bike library for the first time. This survey will be updated and sent to you on an annual basis so we can best understand the impact the project is having on you and your community. This survey is adapted for your community from a template developed through the State of California’s Clean Mobility Options program, part of the “California Climate Investments” (CCI) program. The Clean Mobility Options Voucher Pilot Program (CMO) is a statewide initiative that provides funding for zero-emission shared mobility options to under-resourced communities in California. CMO is available throughout California to eligible disadvantaged communities, as well as eligible low-income tribal and affordable-housing communities, to increase access to safe, reliable, convenient and affordable transportation options.
