Do you support Red Flag Laws?

A group of bipartisan U.S. Senators is working on a proposal to give states funding if they implement a Red Flag law. Several states already have Red Flag laws. Idaho would likely need a constitutional amendment to implement a Red Flag law as Article 1, Section 11 specifically prohibits firearm confiscation. A constitutional amendment has to go through the Idaho legislature and then ultimately be approved by a majority of Idaho voters.
