Thank you for your interest in our youth mentoring program. All information will be kept confidential within Starfish Initiative.
TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY, A STUDENT MUST:
1. Qualify for the federal Free and Reduced School Meals.
2. Be committed to graduating from high school with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
3. Be committed to enrolling in education after high school, such as college, trade school, or other higher education.
4. Reside and attend high school in Marion County.
5. Complete the student application with a parent/guardian. Please note that interviews will be conducted with prospective scholars and their parent/family member.
