Intro
This survey will gather some basic info in preparation for the MAC trip to Squamish July 8-18.
Everyone in MAC, even if not attending the trip, is asked to complete this survey. For those not coming, it's just a quick confirmation of that fact and should only take 30 seconds.
For those coming, please complete SEPARATE SURVEYS for families with both youth and parents participating in any amount of the trip, including just transportation.
