In this survey, Healthcare Design is seeking industry feedback on the state of staffing in healthcare design firms. This includes challenges tied to recruitment, retention, office work policies, and DEI strategies. The survey is open to any U.S.-based healthcare design professional (architect, interior designer, engineer, builder, etc.) working in a firm environment. This specific survey is not applicable to those working for a health system.
The deadline to respond is Friday, June 24.
An analysis of the results will be published in the August 2022 issue of Healthcare Design and be available as a downloadable report online.
Participants who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card. An email address must be provided at the end of the survey so Healthcare Design can follow up with the winner.
