January 2023 Diabetes Management Series Sign-Up Form

The Diabetes Management Series will be held on Thursdays, January 12, 19, and 26 from 12-1p.m. at the Knox County Health Department. 

You will receive an email 1 week before the class with directions to the Knox County Health Department.
