February 2023 Heart Health Series Sign-Up Form

The Community Heart Health Series will be held on Thursdays, February 2 and 9, 2022 from 12-1 p.m. at the Knox County Health Department.

You will receive an email 1 week before the first class with class details and directions to the Knox County Health Department.
