Your Winter vacation care booking request has been submitted.

This is NOT A CONFIRMATION of your booking.

You will receive an automatic email response from the email address noreply@alchemer.com that includes an attachment of your booking request.
For changes or cancellations to your bookings please email aftercare@yarracity.vic.gov.au before the
Monday 20 June 2022.
A refund or credit for a booking cancellation after the deadline will be provided once we have received an emailed medical certificate.
You will receive a confirmation email from aftercare@yarracity.vic.gov.au
We will enter the bookings onto the Xplor Home app 1-2 weeks before the program begins.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)
No child should attend Vacation Care if they are unwell.

City of Yarra is committed to protecting the health and safety of your child during our vacation care program. We’re following strict hygiene practices, and undertaking frequent cleaning consistent with current Department of Education guidelines.
Parents will be required to drop off and collect their children outside in the foyer areas. If you would like to speak to the supervisor, please email or call the service mobile.
