FABS LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT

Leaders bring to their roles unique combinations of skills, abilities, and talents. Although the range of these traits might appear wide, most leaders rely on a core set of skills and abilities that constitute their dominant mode or modes. 

The questions you’re about to answer focus on the styles or modes in which you lead most effectively. To answer them, please think about the characteristics on which you rely most readily for your “highest and best use." We’ll ask you to assess 3 groups of characteristics and two groups of statements.
