Do Not Share My CPNI

By opting out of sharing CPNI, all names, addresses, and email addresses (customer and billing contact) associated with your account will be excluded from the sharing of CPNI and certain marketing campaigns using CPNI. The decision not to consent to the sharing of your CPNI will not affect the services that you are currently obtaining from Lively. However, the inability to share your CPNI will make it difficult for Lively to work with affiliates and important third parties to offer you new products and services in the future.
