The purpose of the Northpoint Small Area Plan is to identify appropriate future land use patterns and development characteristics, evaluate annexation potential, identify appropriate tools for future infrastructure funding and habitat preservation, and recommend methods to reduce the negative impacts that future land uses may have on existing residential and natural habitat.
