Employee Engagement Program MPP Exemption Form

The Cal Poly Employee Engagement Program is a university-wide initiative that provides staff and faculty the opportunity to play an active role in major university events.

Management (MPP) personnel from all divisions, including auxiliaries, are expected to work one shift at either Mustang Move-in, Fall Commencement or Spring Commencement each academic year. MPPs who already work to directly support one of these events as a function of their position should complete the following form to let us know that you are fulfilling this management expectation.

Please note that non-management staff do not need to complete this form.
