Open Streets 2022 Vendor and Sponsor Application

Thank you for your interest in Open Streets 2022, to be held on Sunday, August. 28th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., excluding setup and teardown times. We're looking forward to re-engaging our community at Open Streets with your participation. Vendor and sponsor applications are due by July 29, 2022.

This application will cover both standard vendor participation, and specific sponsorship opportunities. Whether you're planning to participate as a vendor or sponsor, please complete this application. 

Upon completion, staff will be in contact with you to finalize details, including payment, activity choice, and logistics.
7. How would you like to participate in Open Streets? *This question is required.
Your participation as a vendor includes the following:
  • One 10'x10' space for your organizational tent to host free, interactive activities. Space is flexible. Staff will assign your location. Additional spaces or central placement in one Hub additional $100.
  • Logo included on our print and digital Event Program featuring Route Map.
  • Direct access to 100's of participants who will engage in your interactive activity.
  • Limited shout outs in social media, newsletter, and other general event promotion.

City department fee for participation is $0.
Non-profit or government agency fee for participation is $50.
Private business fee for participation is $100. Food Trucks that improve their environmental impact (by reducing waste, using paper products instead of plastic, etc.) receive a $25 discount.
As a business located directly on the event route, we will discount your vendor fee to $50.
Once your application is approved, you will receive a form indicating approval and information needed to process your payments. You may pay over the phone or secure internet site using credit card, debit card, or e-check. No payment is due until you receive your approval notification and instructions to complete your payment.

Sponsors can opt to choose additional add-ons not already included in your selected sponsorship package. Select all additional sponsor benefits you would like to add. We will be in touch to discuss your financial contribution based on the benefits you select. Mark all that apply.

11. Will you be conducting sales during the event? *This question is required.
If you are conducting sales during the event, you will be required to report and pay sales taxes. Information will be emailed to you on this process.
13. Vendors and sponsors may opt to purchase additional space to host more than one organizational tent and activity, or may request central Hub placement in one Hub, for an additional $100 per added space or per central placement request. If applicable, choose your option below.
